We invest in Real Relationships...
At C4 real church happens in circles, not rows. We don't just wave at each other and talk about the weather on a Sunday morning. We live life together throughout the week, through the ups and the downs. This takes place in circles around dinner tables in living rooms and in coffee shop gatherings much more than it happens in the rows of a church building on a Sunday morning. Don't get us wrong - Sunday mornings are still important! But we find that lives are changed and Jesus shows up just as much (if not more) when we choose to be in real, deep, lifelong relationship with one other.
We practice Irrational Giving...
Giving is very personal. We have the unique opportunity to present our first and our best to God through giving. Tithing is bringing the first 10% of our income back to God. It is a spiritual discipline that helps teach us that God is the one who provides, which helps to protect our hearts from greed.
We have found that God likes to show off when we set our hearts and focus on Him and His kingdom. While giving to the Lord doesn't necessarily lead to financial prosperity, it does lead to provision that we often cannot explain.
