Ian, along with his wife Kelly, has been the Lead Pastor of C4 Church (and previously ModernLife Church) since it started in 2009. Originally from Tampa, FL, Ian has lived in the Chattanooga area most of his adult life.

After 15 years in ministry as a youth pastor, associate pastor, and church planter, the Lord opened doors and answered prayers for C4 Church to begin a new chapter with Ian as the lead pastor. Dreaming big dreams about what church could look like when it was focused on real, authentic relationships, and pointing people to Jesus through those relationships, Ian has lead C4 Church since 2016.

Since starting this journey, Ian and Kelly have seen firsthand the calling and power of the local church and how God can work within community: how messy people can come together and encourage one another to grow and seek Jesus. It is their hearts' desire to reconcile people to God with a fresh, relationship-centered model of church to reach a heart-broken culture.

 

Ian and Kelly have been married since 1999 and they have 3 beautiful daughters. Madalyn attends Middleberry College in Vermont. Reagan is a professional artist who also works at C4. Hadassah attends Signal Mountain High School.
